Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age lower than 60 years old, single thyroid nodule that have benign fine needle aspiration, TSH in normal limit (0.5-4.5 mu/I) Exclusion criteria: age more than 60, history of hypo or hyperthyroidism, neck radiation, history of any cancer, history of thyroid cancer in family, live in another region where the study is performed, history of levothyroxine or other thyroid related drugs, TSH lower or higher than normal, pregnancy, other disease (cardiovascular or hepatic and)
