Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Objectives: To determine the effect of cypro Inclusion criteria: height > 2SD score (SDS) below the corresponding mean height for sex and age; no stigmata of puberty, systemic, endocrine and metabolic disorder especially growth hormone deficiency. Exclusion criteria: Genetic and karyotype abnormality; Turner syndrome; dysmorphic feature; skeletal abnormality; consumption of growth hormone and any drugs that affect on growth; any chronic systemic disorder .

MeasureTime frame
Insulin-like growth factor-1. Timepoint: The baseline and 6 months after drug. Method of measurement: A blood sample.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Height growth velocity. Timepoint: before intervention and every 3 months after intervention. Method of measurement: calculation according to height and weight recorded in questionnaire.;Height standard deviation score. Timepoint: before intervention and 6 month after intervention. Method of measurement: calculation according to height and weight recorded in questionnaire.
