Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Primiparity , Indications for spinal anesthesia . Exclusion criteria: Surgery duration last more than 1 hour, need to another surgery , history of drug reaction to anesthetics, contraindications for spinal anesthesia .
