Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : getting injury in less than 48 hr; no history of acute injury to the ankle ligaments; no experience of treatment in other clinics; No history of rheumatoid disease; Exclusion criteria : medical complication; no complete adherence.
