Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion creteria: Moderate to sever periodontitis; with at least 3 pocket with 4-7 probing depth; good patient coapration Exclusion criterria: Suffering from systemic disease; taking such drugs as antibiotics over three months prior to the study period; failing to coaperate appropriatly; smoking or having recived periodontal treatment in the three months prior to the study period
