Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Adult patients from both genders, students of dental school, presence of impacted mandibular third molar teeth in same location and in bilateral, indication of surgical extraction Exclusion criteria: Any systemic disease or local problem, history of use of any drug

Bleeding. Timepoint: 12, 24 hours after intervention. Method of measurement: Inspection.;Swelling. Timepoint: 24 & 48 hours after intervention. Method of measurement: facial index in mm.;Pain. Timepoint: 12, 24 & 48 hours after intervention. Method of measurement: VSA.;Trismus. Timepoint: 24 & 48 hours after intervention. Method of measurement: Distance between lower and upper jaw ncisors during maximum mouth opening in mm.
