Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age more than 18 years, presence of non-invasive bladder tumor (Ta,T1,CIS), grade>3, history of bladder cancer treatment, no previous radiotherapy to pelvic area, PMN>1500, HB > 8, normal LFT, Exclusion criteria: invasive or metastatic bladder tumor, previous treatment with docetaxel, allergy to docetaxel or BCG, history of VUR or ureteral stent placement, history of malignancy over last 2 years prior to the study except for Scc skin or non-invasive tumor of cervix, immunosuppression, pregnancy or breast feeding
