Intervention 1: First intervention group: Syrup containing 45 mg dextrometorphan 90 minutes before entering to operating room. Intervention 2: Second intervention group: gurgle of 45 mg dextrometorph
Treatment - Drugs
Placebo
First intervention group: Syrup containing 45 mg dextrometorphan 90 minutes before entering to operating room.
Second intervention group: gurgle of 45 mg dextrometorphan syrup 60 seconds immediately before entering to operating room.
Control group: 60 minute before operatin, placebo same as volume of 45 mg dextromethorphan syrup ,vitamin-C syrup will beadmistered for patients.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria: All 18-45 years age ASA I-II peoples who signed informed consent Exclusion criteria: Patients with any past history of chronic pain; opioid addiction and serious cardiac and renal or hepatic diseases.
