Intervention 1: Intervention group: First, the fiberoptic is passed through the middle of the appropriate airway for each patient, then the nasogastric tube is inserted through the designated nostril.

Inclusion criteria: All patients aged 20 to 60 who are candidates for NG TUBE during surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All patients with arthritis of the neck joints Patients with Malmopathy 4 People with blood clotting disorders, such as low platelet count.
