Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: First, the fiberoptic is passed through the middle of the appropriate airway for each patient, then the nasogastric tube is inserted through the designated nostril.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients aged 20 to 60 who are candidates for NG TUBE during surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All patients with arthritis of the neck joints Patients with Malmopathy 4 People with blood clotting disorders, such as low platelet count.

MeasureTime frame
Mean arterial pressure. Timepoint: Immediately after the procedure and before discharge from recovery. Method of measurement: by pressure gauge.;Heart rate. Timepoint: Immediately after the procedure and before discharge from recovery. Method of measurement: By pulse oximetry device.;Number of repetitions NG TUBE Post. Timepoint: The beginning of the procedure until its successful completion. Method of measurement: Depending on the number of times it is done.;Procedure duration in minutes.
