Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 20 to 80 years with ASA one and two Patients who are candidates for colonoscopy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Disagreement of the patient or his/her legal guardian Sensitivity to anticholinergic compounds Contraindications for the use of anticholinergic drugs (including glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy, myasthenia gravis, and intestinal atony.) History of cardiac arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, heart surgery Hyperthyroidism History of diuretic, beta-blocker, and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) use Pregnancy Breastfeeding
