Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: - All referents for rhinoplasty. Exclusion criteria: 1- History of peptic ulcer, diabetes, tuberculosis, sensitivity to corticostroids 2- History of using corticostroids 3- History of active infection 4- History of glocoma
