Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 20 and 40 Candidate for direct sperm injection into each mature egg (ICSI) / In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) treatment Trilinear endometrium above 8mm before embryo transfer Anti-Müllerian hormone > 1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having any underlying medical conditions (metabolic or endocrine disorders). Structural abnormalities of the uterus

Biochemical pregnancy. Timepoint: Two weeks after embryo transfer. Method of measurement: Serum level of hCG-ß.;Clinical pregnancy. Timepoint: 4 weeks after fetal transfer.
