Interventions

Intervention 1: Group A (control) : Lidocaine 5% , Fentanyl and Epinephrine 1:1000. Intervention 2: Group B (intervention) : Lidocaine 5% , Fentanyl and Epinephrine 1:10000.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Age 20 to 35 years old pregnant who are candidate for cesarean section under spinal anesthesia Exclusion criteria: unsuccessful spinal anesthesia, level of anesthesia out of the T4 – T6, any type of incision except faneshtein, underlying diseases such as diabetes, hypertension or coagulopathy
