Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: First pregnancy, singleton pregnancy, mother age between 18-35 gestational age between 28-32 no history of chronic physical and mental diseases no obstetric problems (including: bleeding, gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension, pre-eclampsia, Hepatic cholestasis, etc.) having a moderate anxiety score based on the Spielberger anxiety scale Having a depression score of zero based on the DASS questionnaire having a smart phone being certain that the fetus will not suffer from abnormalities during routine pregnancy ultrasounds. wanting to be pregnant Minimum cycle literacy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: high-risk pregnancy dass21 depression questionnaire score more than 10 Spielberger anxiety questionnaire score based on severe anxiety
