Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion: 1) Suffering from drug resistance temporal lobe epilepsy 2) Candidate for temporal lobectomy 3) Giving informed consent. Exclusion: Contraindication for Bumethanide

MeasureTime frame
Seizure occurrence. Timepoint: 1 month before and 1 month after intervention. Method of measurement: EEG.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Dose reduction of anti-epileptic drugs. Timepoint: 3 months before and 3 months after intervention. Method of measurement: dosage.
