Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: All patients with open femoral fracture who schedule for surgery, ASA less than 3, hemoglobin more than 11 Exclusion criteria were Cardiac disease, impaired renal function, baseline hemoglobin <11 g/dl, low concentrations of coagulation proteins, inadequate vascular access, and the absence of appropriate monitoring capability and refusal of participating in study
