Intervention 1: Remifentanil /Target controlled infusion (TCI) 1 ng/ml as target dose. Intervention 2: Sufentanil /Target controlled infusion (TCI) 0.2ng/ml as target dose. Intervention 3: Sufentanil
Treatment - Drugs
Remifentanil /Target controlled infusion (TCI) 1 ng/ml as target dose
Sufentanil /Target controlled infusion (TCI) 0.2ng/ml as target dose
Sufentanil /Patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) loading dose= 0. 1 ng/kg and continue with 0.1ng/kg /hr
Morphinl /Patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) loading dose = 0.05mg/ml and maximum dose = 0.15mg/kg/hr

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1- single stone in the caulis or in the ureter 2- ?age greater than 18 years, and less than 60 years 3- ASA ?-III, Exclusion criteria: 1-patients with one kidney, 2- having history of allergy, 3- having history of chronic consumption of analgesics or sedatives and any contraindication for prescribed of these drugs

Severity of pain. Timepoint: 1. At the start of the wave, 2. during Urolithiasis, 3. at the end of the procedure. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.
