Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: absence of periodontal and systemic conditions such as type I and II diabetes mellitus; absence of pregnancy; presence of at least 18 teeth; presence of Ramfjord teeth; absence of caries, faulty restorations and crowns; no use of partial removable dentures. Exclusion criteria: smoking; taking medications affecting the periodontium such as nifedipine and cyclosporine; taking anti inflammatory and antibiotics two week before study.
