Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: pregnant women scheduled for elective cesarean, age 18-45 Exclusion criteria: history of coagulopathy; refuse to undergo regional anesthesia; history of cardiac heart disease; infection of site of spinal injection; history of tension and migraine headache ; seizure; severe preeclampsia, eclampsia
