the patients will receive current physiotherapy treatment (15 session physiotherapy) for back pain. In addition to physiotherapy treatment, patients will receive hippotherapy (15 session hippotherapy,

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Back pain with or with out leg pain more than 4 weeks; Age 18-60 years old;Weight 120 kg; Age 60; Severe osteoporosis; Coccydynia; Pregnancy
