Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients aged 18-60 years old All women treated with SSRI who developed or exacerbated the symptoms of sexual dysfunction after taking the drug Completion of informed consent form Lack of medical illness (neurology and ...) Lack of bipolar history, psychosis and ... No narcotics use No other interfering drugs use

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A hypersensitivity reaction or any intolerable side effects caused by the drug Unwillingness to continue the study and taking medication

MeasureTime frame
Sexual function. Timepoint: Before starting treatment at the beginning of the second week and at the end of the course, the women's sexual function will be evaluated by a questionnaire in both groups. Method of measurement: women's sexual function questionnaire.
