Intervention 1: Intervention 1 giveniacinamide at 500 mg/d (as 250 mg twice daily) to expermental group. Intervention 2: Intrevention 2 placibo give to control group During the 6-8week treament.

Hyperphosphatemia. Timepoint: once two weeks. Method of measurement: serum phosphor checked.

HDL. Timepoint: Once two weeks. Method of measurement: HDL in serum checked.;PTH. Timepoint: Once two weeks. Method of measurement: PTH in serum checked.
