After uterine artery doppler 50% of control group received placebo similar to metformin 1 tablet BD, 50% of control group received placebo similar to aspirin 1 tablet daily until delivery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: PCOS diagnosis before pregnancy was based on the presence of poly cystic ovaries verified by ultrasonography and oligomenorea (length of menstrual cycle more than 35 days or hirsutism, gestational age 5-12 weeks, single live fetus, pregnant women between 18-40years and Exclusion criteria: Inability to follow up

MeasureTime frame
Uteroplcental circulation. Timepoint: At 12th week of gestational age (before intervention) and 8 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Uterine Artery Doppler Ultrasound.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Preterm labour. Timepoint: After Delivery. Method of measurement: Termination of pregnancy before 37th gestational age.;Gestational Diabet. Timepoint: at 24-28 weeks of pregnancy. Method of measurement: GCT.;Preeclampsia. Timepoint: Monthly routine control of pregnancy. Method of measurement: Evaluation of BP and urine protein exam.;Rate of IUGR. Timepoint: After Delivery. Method of measurement: weight below the 10th percentile for gestational age after Delivery.
