Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gestational age between 16 to 24 weeks Age between 18-40 years old increased resistant of uterine arteries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Past history of chronic or gestational hypertension past history of diabetes multiple pregnancies pregnancy with IVF past history of preeclampsia past history of intra uterine fetal restriction history of lupus or anti body anti-phospholipid syndrome

MeasureTime frame
Doppler assessment in uterine artery. Timepoint: Doppler assessment of uterine artery before intervention and 4 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: ultrasonography.
