Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria: age more tha 18 years; patients with GFR between 15 and 59 ml/ min/1.73 m2 body surface; patients undergoing CABG exclusion criteria: CABG for second time or more; CABG in Association with other heart surgery; patients with acute kidney injury
