Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: the height of child is beneath the 5th percentile with a standard deviation less than -3 (according to the definition of short stature), male gender, age between 6 and 12, o pathologic short stature, no other systemic disorders according to extensive work up including (CBC-BUN-Cr-BS-Na-K-ESR-ALP-T4-TSH-U/A), normal growth stimulation test, delay in bone age confirmed by wrist radiography Exclusion criteria: onset of puberty during the study, consumption of any drugs, occurrence of drug side effects
