Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: the patients who were candidate for elective abdominal surgery and needed nasogastric intubation, class 1 & 2 ASA classification Exclusion criteria: abnormal airway, difficult intubation, presence of coagulopathy, esophagus disease, or morbid obesity

MeasureTime frame
Success of nasogastric intubation. Timepoint: once - After induction of Anesthesia and nasogastric tube insertion. Method of measurement: injection of 10 ML air by gastric tube and auscultation of epigastrium for air entrance.

Tube coiling inside the oral cavity. Timepoint: once - After insertion of tube into narse. Method of measurement: Physical examination.
