Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age between 40-50 years old; patients with type II diabetes; use of common drugs; duration of diabetes Less than 10 years; HbA1C between 6.5-8; BMI between 20-25. Exclusion criteria: participate in sports activities at least a year before the study; using alcohol, cigarettes…; having a history of heart disease and hypertension; having diabetic foot ulcers, Kidney disease; having autonomic neuropathy.
