An injection of Trivalent influenza vaccine (VAXIGRIP) in deltoid muscle and selenium selinate (200 micro gm/ daily/ for 30 days)
Trivalent influenza vaccine (VAXIGRIP) will be injected in deltoid muscle and placebo daily/ for 30 days.

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Age more than 40 years old, serum antibody less than 1:40, absence of flu-like syndrome
