Intervention 1: Intervention group: Participants in Group 1 will receive ginseng capsules daily for a total duration of 6 weeks. The dosage regimen is as follows: First 3 weeks: One capsule of 100 mg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Menopausal women: At least one full year since their last menstrual period. Proficiency in the Persian language: Ability to communicate and understand the Persian language fluently Full consciousness: Participants must be fully alert and oriented.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of any well-known psychological disorder and Alzheimer's Communication problems A history of sensitivity to herbal medicines. High blood pressure Breast cancer Using anticoagulant pills Development of any side effects, such as nausea Using of other medications to prevent cognitive impairment forgetfulness taking the capsule for more than 48 hours

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Cognitive impairment. Timepoint: The cognitive impairment questionnaire will be completed in two phases: once before taking the medication and again six weeks after the completion of the treatment. Method of measurement: The MMSE (Mini-Mental State Examination) questionnaire will be used to assess the level of mild cognitive impairment. This questionnaire consists of 11 items, with a maximum possible score of 30. A score between 21 and 24 indicates mild cognitive impairment.

MeasureTime frame
Treatment costs. Timepoint: 20 minutes. Method of measurement: Questionnaire.;Drug side effects: Mild side effects such as nervousness, insomnia, headache, and gastrointestinal discomfort. Timepoint: The cognitive impairment questionnaire will be completed once before the intervention and then six weeks after the initiation of Ginseng and vitamins B1 capsule consumption. Method of measurement: Questionnaire.
