Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: diagnosis is definitely acute anal fissure, age between 15-65 yr. Exclusion criteria: existence of underlying diseases such as cancer (carcinoma, leukemia), IBD, TB, AIDS, STD and syphilis.
