Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A definitive diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis is confirmed by a rheumatology specialist. Willingness to participate in the study. A minimum of six months has elapsed since the time of diagnosis Possession of a smartphone. Ability to perform daily activities and self-care. Ability to read and write in Persian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of chronic or acute conditions that may affect the ability to perform self-care. 4 Presence of psychiatric or cognitive disorders that limit the ability to understand or follow educational instructions. Inability to use a mobile application. Unwillingness to participate in the study.
