Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Definite diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis based on confirmation by a rheumatologist Willingness to participate in the study At least six months have passed since the diagnosis Having a smartphone Ability to perform daily activities and take care of yourself Ability to read and write in Persian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of chronic or acute illnesses that may affect the ability to perform self-care Presence of mental or cognitive disorders that limit the ability to understand or follow educational instructions Inability to use mobile applications

MeasureTime frame
Self-care behavior. Timepoint: One month after installing the self-care app. Method of measurement: To measure self-care behavior, the standard self-care questionnaire for patients with rheumatoid arthritis is used.
