Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Men with primary infertility, having analysis of sperm before treatment, presence of olygoastenospermia Exclusion Criteria: Contraindication of pentoxyfilin, Other medical diseases (diabetes, hypertension, …), any drug consumption
