Intravenous injection of Lidocaine 2% 1mg/kg as intervention, after spinal anesthesia with marcaine in the test group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ASA 2 patients elected for lower limb operation, Age more than 60 and less than 100 years, no contraindication for spinal anesthesia Exclusion criteria: Valvular heart diseases, History of treatment with cardiac medicine drugs, Conduction heart diseases and Abnormal ECG, Prolonged QTc interval more than 440 milliseconds
