Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: gingival inflammation, having at least 15 teeth, no smoking Exclusion criteria: orthodontic appliances, systemic disease, antibiotic therapy during last 3 months

The amount of dental plaque. Timepoint: one month. Method of measurement: Turesky plaque index.;Gingival inflammation. Timepoint: one month. Method of measurement: Loe & Silness gingival index.
