Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: healthy neonates, gestational age of 32-36 weeks according to mother's last period; within 10 days of birth; breathing without assistance, not receiving sedatives or analgesics, not having undergone surgery; no birth trauma; willing and able to hold their infant in the KMC position for the study, signing informed consent Exclusion criteria: respiratory distress during the test, sharp drop in oxygen saturation (drop below 85%)
