Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The infant's age is between 28-34 weeks of pregnancy The infant is on NCPAP
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Neurodevelopmental diseases such as asphyxia, intraventricular hemorrhage based on the medical record of the newborn Newborns with abnormalities in the mouth, nose, and throat Receiving a painful procedure less than an hour before suctioning History of drug exposure during pregnancy Congenital and genetic chromosomal abnormalities Use of sedatives and muscle relaxants Reluctance of the newborn to hold the octopus doll's arm during hospitalization
