Inclusion criteria: Nurses who have been working in pediatric wards for at least 6 months. Shifts are in circulation. Have a bachelor's degree or higher. Mobile access at home and at work Have access to WhatsApp
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Do not fill in 20% of the questionnaire questions
