Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Abdominal pain or GI discomfort for at least 3 month in a year and 2 of the following symptoms: Pain relief after defecation, Change in frequency of defecation with the onset of the symptoms, Change in fecal consistency with the onset of the symptoms Exclusion criteria: Celiac disease

MeasureTime frame
Abdominal pain. Timepoint: Before, 2, 4 and 6 weeks after trial. Method of measurement: 0=NA, 1=mild, 2=moderate, 3=severe.

MeasureTime frame
Fecal consistency. Timepoint: Before, 2, 4 and 6 weeks after trial. Method of measurement: Normal, solid, Watery, Mucosal.
