Interventions

Intervention group: All 5 cases would be in the intervention group and there is no control group. Fat-derived stem cells will be injected in the shoulder tendons of all 5 patients..

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic shoulder pain that has not responded to other treatments The positive of at least three specific shoulder tests,(empty can , neer , speed , yergason . drop arm test) Confirmation of tendon tear in shoulder MRI Referral from orthopedic surgeon Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have indication of surgery Pregnancy Shoulder capsulitis History of receiving other treatments during the last three months The presence of other pathologies leading to neck pain Contraindication for MRI

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Inflammatory factors. Timepoint: Measurement of inflammatory factors before the intervention and at 3, 6 and 12 months. Method of measurement: ESR , CRP.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluation of shoulder joint range of motion before and after stem cell injection. Timepoint: before injection and months 3, 6 and 12. Method of measurement: DASH (Disabilities of Arm , Shoulder , Hand) , VAS (Visual Analogue Scale ) , WORC (Western Ontario Rotator Cuff).
