Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent of pregnant mothers Literacy Pregnant women 20 to 28 weeks Pregnant women 18 to 45 years old No previous history of childbirth No serious complications in pregnancy (preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, placental disorders) No history of known mental disorders (problems) No pregnancy through medical or laboratory methods Pregnant mothers equipped with a smartphone No unwanted pregnancy Participation in childbirth preparation classes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women undergoing psychological or pharmacological treatment

Anxiety. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and a second time after the end of the sessions,. Method of measurement: Using the Vandenberg Pregnancy Anxiety Questionnaire.;Childbirth self-efficacy. Timepoint: 2 hours after delivery until discharge.
