Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primigravida with a singleton pregnancy with normal fetal growth confirmed by ultrasound at the first obstetric consultation. 18 to 45 years old; Registration in the outpatient clinic of the obstetrics and gynecology department of Qom Affiliated Hospital (12-14 weeks of pregnancy). Willingness and skill in using a smartphone with ETA or WhatsApp functionality during pregnancy; Volunteering to participate in this study. Having normal understanding and ability to cooperate with this study. Having a normal body mass index of 18 to 26

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Familial obesity, high blood pressure, and diabetes.(2) ; Participation in ETA or WhatsApp social network in studies related to the guidance of other specialists. Failure to cooperate or complete the study;

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Weight gain during pregnancy. Timepoint: Before the start of the interventionand then in three stages: 24, 28, and 37 weeks of pregnancy. Method of measurement: Using a Seca brand height and weight dial scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pregnancy outcomes (maternal and neonatal). Timepoint: After childbirth. Method of measurement: Using a checklist of maternal and newborn file data.
