Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent of expectant mothers Pregnant women 20 to 28 weeks Pregnant women aged 18 to 42 years No previous history of childbirth Without serious complications in pregnancy (pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes, disorders Pair) No history of known mental disorders (problems). Absence of pregnancy by medicinal or laboratory method Pregnant mothers equipped with smartphones Absence of unwanted pregnancy points less than 85 from the Wijma questionnaire Participation in childbirth preparation classes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women undergoing psychological or drug treatment

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Fear of childbirth in primiparous women. Timepoint: Once at the beginning of the study and the second time after the end of the sessions, it will be evaluated by both intervention and control groups. Method of measurement: using Wijma Fear of Childbirth Questionnaire (WA-DEQ).
