Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having an age of 65-18 years History of 5% or more burns above body level Have a pain score of 4 or higher (moderate to severe pain) based on the Brief Pain Inventory (BPI-P) Informed written consent and the ability to confirm in writing the participation in the study No history of allergy to pregabalin and nortriptyline Ability to swallow capsules Not pregnant and communicating with the research team.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of consecutive use of any anticonvulsant medication during and after the burn History of pre-burn neuropathic pain A specific history of mental illness or substance abuse before and after burns
