Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in research and conscious satisfaction Having type 2 diabetes Lack of sensitivity to black seed oil Do not take sleeping pills and psychiatric drugs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: diabetic foot ulcers heart, lung or brain disease
