Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age over 18 Cancer patients with fever (above 38.3 degree) and neutropenia(absolute neutrophil count below 500 per microliter) Hospitalized patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Unwillingness to participate in the study Patients with central vein catheter Prophylactic antibiotic use before starting the study
