Inclusion criteria: The elderly with benign prostatic hypertrophy No urinary tract infection or bladder stones No history of allergy to dark mint plants such as nettle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: refuse to continue cooperation The occurrence of any drug-induced allergic side effects
