Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Admission to the intensive care unit Willingness to participate in the study (written consent of legal guardian if unconscious) Establishing a urine output of at least 30 cc/hour/creatinine less than 1.4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Urinary tract infection based on urine culture test and confirmation by urologist Sepsis or active infection with the approval of the consulting anesthesiologist Trauma to the genitourinary system

Urinary tract infection. Timepoint: The beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and the end of the seventh day of the intervention. Method of measurement: Urine culture.
