Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age of 18 to 35 years Diagnosis of primary dysmenorrhea Existence of dysmenorrhrea in most of the cycles Having a regular menstruation cycle No medical history of allergy to fenugreek

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Lactation Abnormal vaginal bleeding OCP and other hormonal drugs consumption BMI > 33 Age under 18 and above 35 years
